The Catholic Men's Leadership Alliance is a nonprofit that coaches and inspires men to launch and lead ministry to men.
We've mapped every diocese in North America to target areas lacking regional conferences and local ministry to men.
Strengthen the man, strengthen the family.
Strengthen the family, strengthen the Church.
Strengthen the Church, transform the culture.
Men are increasingly isolated, lost, and fearful of their masculinity. We need to call these men off the sidelines and get them into mission. To help them discover their heroic call.
Brotherhood challenges bystanders into bold, confident action. That's why we're building an alliance to amplify and fortify outreach to men. We've marshaled a team of priests, deacons, and ministries to partner with local and national ministries.
CMLA is a movement that ignites, empowers, and equips men for outreach to other men. We support ministry to men through FREE coaching, resources, and events.
Since 2021, we‘ve been researching the state of ministry to men across North America. Our map scores and highlights vibrant ministry and annual men’s conferences in each dioceses. It isn't exact. Yet. But it does give us target areas that may need outreach.
Our mission is simple: Strengthen the Man, strengthen the family. Strengthen the family, strengthen the Church. Strengthen the Church, transform the culture.
We want to build allies and partners to advance ministry to men in North America and beyond Thanks to the support of our benefactors, we can provide this assistance to dioceses and ministries for free.
In 2017 a group of four laymen, a priest and a deacon convened to seek God’s help to reach men across North America with the strength and hope found in Jesus Christ.
What developed was a vision to unify the efforts of Catholic men’s groups and to advance Catholic ministry to men with mentorship, expertise and essential resources.
Recognizing the very evident need for ministry to men in the Church and culture, the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance was formed.
The Alliance has grown from humble beginnings to now having representatives in many dioceses in the United States, as well as Canada, Singapore, Africa, South America and other countries around the world.
Laymen, priests, deacons and bishops are all lauding the impact the Alliance is making to develop strong men of faith.
